DRAFT, needs Gavin's legal review. Not yet in effect.

Hypermobile (myedstest.com) is an educational tool created by Gavin Nixon, DO. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Your answers to the screening stay on your device. They are kept in your browser session and in the page address so you can reopen your summary. We do not receive, store, or send your answers to Klaviyo or any other company. If you copy or share your summary link, anyone with that link can see your answers.
If you join the waitlist, we collect your first name and email address, plus how you found us (for example, the link's campaign tags and the website that referred you). This is stored with our email provider, Klaviyo, so we can send launch updates. The waitlist uses double opt-in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
We count anonymous funnel steps (screening started, screening completed) using a random identifier stored in your browser and the traffic source only. These events contain no answers or health information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free page-view counts.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your screening answers for advertising. Using this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your waitlist information by contacting us at [contact email to be added].
Hypermobile provides general health information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
